Jeff Webber pointed out that there is no malloc_debug() on DECstation 3100's.
I've just put 'tgif.malloc.patch.tar' in the contrib directory on
expo.lcs.mit.edu to patch out calls to malloc_debug().  To patch the 3
files that references malloc_debug(), untar tgif.malloc.patch.tar and type

	patch < Imakefile.patch
	patch < tgif.c.patch
	patch < pdraw11.c.patch

I hope this doesn't cause too much trouble for people using DECstations
(We don't have any DECstations here, yet).  In the future, I'll remove
calls to malloc_debug() since they only serves bug catching purposes.
