This works fine for me (under Ultrix 3.1) if I use replyInsertFilter
(the instance name) or ReplyInsertFilter (the class name).  Case is
significant.

If this resource isn't defined by the user, the default action should be 
that the entire message is inserted, as is.

Odd.  Maybe one of us is wrong about something here.
