I am chairing a panel that addresses this very issue at two conferences
this month.  UNIX Expo in LA and Xhibition in San Jose.  I've mentioned
this already, but the announcement for  Xhibition came out too late
for some people.  It is being offered, altho I don't know the day/time slots.
