Can someone please help me find the way to installing keyboard
equivalents for button callbacks with Open Look.

I want to be able to press the Escape key on my keyboard, and have
the XtNselect callback list invoked for one of my buttons.

Problems:
	Getting keyboard focus for all the widgets in the particular 
	window.
