This is the entire error I get: Xlib: connection to Machine-name:0.0 refused by server Xlib: Maximum number of clients reached Machine-name:0.0 Cannot open display I have a about 400 BW images that I load with xloadimage program via a simple csh for-loop. This error appears on the 69th image. After that My X server starts acting strange and I can not open anymore windows. Then I have to reset. can someone please tell what I am doing wrong here. I tried this on a DS-3100 and an NCD-16 running version 2.1.0 . SO it seems it is not system related. If you respond Please email me your answer too. Thanks in advance.
