	   X11 R4 fixes 1-11

I'm getting the following warning message after installing the latest 
set of patches for the core X src:

laplata<38>: xterm
Warning: Shell Widget class VendorShell binary compiled for R3
Warning: Shell Widget class SimpleMenu binary compiled for R3


They don't appear to effect the client, but they are disconcerting to 
our users.  The message comes from "Create.c" in mit/lib/Xt.  

Note:  I recently moved the entire source tree to another disk and 
	   did a clean before the move.  I first tried rebuilding *only* 
	   the library (after installing the includes in the source tree)
	   Then I tried a make World to the point after the libs were built.

	   I was also experimenting with setting "LD_LIBRARY_PATH" for
	   awhile.  It was *not* set during the make World.
