At my site it has not appeared, while other recient posts have. This is interesting behavior in that a previous message that I posted to this newsgroup appeared at my site quickly. I refuse to be paranoid about this, and I apologize for those of you that have recieved multiple copies. If this message does not appear at my site in a few days I will re-post it, as an experiment. If any of you have recieved incomplete copies, please forward them to me with headers included as soon as is convienient. If there is anyone who is reading this message and has not seen the article (reprinted from the "2600" quarterly, by E. Goldstein) please send me a reply to this message including the headers from this message. It is customary to attach an obligatory report on hacking activities to a post to this newsgroup. Let me assure all of you that I do not believe that the primary definition of "hacker" involves destructive, vandalous, or malicious activity. I can see how one might think that I use "hacker" to mean "cracker" or "phone phreak." WRONG. The reason I have tried to desseminate the 2600 article is that I do not wish the legistative system of this government to make that mistake: if hacking is outlawed, then only outlaws will hack. So, my next hacking project is to find the bug that has prevented my posts from appearing at my site. And correct it. :jps
