'Reverse genetic' techniques will be used to isolate and clone the gene mutated in Greig cephalopolysyndactyly syndrome (GCPS), a condition with characteristic abnormal craniofacial and limb morphogenesis. Applicants must have received a training in molecular genetic techniques, applications from students who are 'writing up' are welcomed.
