My question is |>about using non-Computer Modern METAFONT fonts in |>style files. | |The best solution for adding new font families is to use |Mittelbach and Schoepf's new font selection scheme (see TUGboat |11#1 pp.91--7). This will be available from the |ymir.claremont.edu archive in the near future. | I have the new font selection scheme available. FTP from sol.cs.ruu.nl [131.211.80.5], file pub/TEX/latexstyle/fontsel.zoo. Or ask from mail-server@cs.ruu.nl by sending the message: send TEX/latexstyle/fontsel.zoo end (send a HELP message first if this is your first access) In the same directory I have style files to use postscript fonts. I have updated these to work both with the old LaTeX font selection scheme as well as the new one. The style files are: times.sty times+m.sty palatino.sty bookman.sty ncs.sty psfonts.sty psmath.sty (these two are the work horses, the others just give parameters to these). -- Piet* van Oostrum, Dept of Computer Science, Utrecht University, Padualaan 14, P.O.
