Recently, I downloaded a binary file (LIM32MEM) designed to simulate
LIM 3.2 Version expanded memory on a harddisk.

Although, I use PC frequently, I do not know anything about assembly
language are binary files.  Can some one suggest me how to get the
above program working?  Is there a separate program to convert
binary files to EXE or COM File?
