This system can support up to 16 simultaneous tracks. It does this using multiple hard disks and multiple SCSI busses. The user interface is excellent, a graphical display of a multitrack tape with 'sound objects' that you place one the track you want at the time you want. Since this system is DSP processor based and is expandable up to 14 DSP processors with the interprocessor communication problem solved, there is a lot of room to grow.
