Since you said earlier that you had a site license, I'd suggest contacting
the makers of EPSILON, Lugaru, in Pittsburgh PA.  They're pretty good
people over there and will probably help.

Incidentally, I use EPSILON for all my PC work, and recommend it highly.  You
said that it differs from EMACS, and it does, but you can change it however
you prefer with little trouble.
