I am interested to know what books and research articles are used
for the following advanced courses in CS:

1. Advanced algorithms and complexity analysis.
2. Theory of computation 
3. Advanced formal languages and automata theory
4. Advanced programming languages
5. Parallel algorithms
6. Concurrency computation (CSP, CCS, petri-nets, etc.)
7. Distributed and network (operating) systems
8. Advanced computer architecture
9. and any other advanced subjects offered at your university.
