A few weeks ago, somebody in c.s.i.p (sorry, didn't save the article) mentioned
a shareware program for performing various image processing operations on
GIF files.  Name of the program was PICLAB.  I have looked at various FTP
sites, but can't find PICLAB.  Does anybody know where this program could
be found?  Or better yet, would you be willing to upload this program to some
FTP site?  I am confident that this type of software would be of interest
to many people.
