Hi,
Can anyone tell me where:-

	"tifftopbm - convert a TIFF file into a portable bitmap"

is. I have the manual page which says it was written by:-

	Copyright (C) 1988 by Paul Emerson

but no longer (never had ?) the source. It does not appear to part
of PBMPLUS of libtiff.
