I've been trying to print doc/{install,readme}.tr in the 2.204 revision
of NIH's Class Library (*).  Whether I use troff or nroff, I get a normal
first page, and each additional page is blank (except for a "footer"
with page number and date).

I'm using the following command on a VAX/4.3BSD-tahoe system:

	% nroff -ms install.tr | more

Maybe it needs another macro package instead of "s"?

Any help is most appreciated!
