I just obtained a copy of the following book:

C++ for Pascal Programmers,
Ira Pohl
Benjamin/Cummings, 1991.  (this publication date is correct!)
ISBN: 0-8053-0911-X

I haven't had the book long enough to evaluate it.  I'm just
passing the information along in the hope that it will be useful to
Pascal programmers who are trying to learn C++.
