Hi,
    We're looking at general purpise class libraries, and were
considering using
the NIHCL (v2.204, or greater).  However, I have not been able to find
many users
with extensive NIHCL experience, and I wanted to ask some "real users" about 
NIHCL on their platforms.

    o  How buggy is it?  (I have talked to some who say "very", and others who
                          say "not at all")

    o  How fast is it?   (Does NIHCL perform well or is it a dog?)

    o  Is there a better library around that we should be looking at?

    o  What platforms has it been ported to?
