I hear that the committee has passed a new form of division, with  / /MOD  and
MOD  having all stack arguments of +n.  I agree that this is preferable to the
non-functional division previously in BASIS.

However, if a Standard Program cannot use signs in signed division, the only
division needed in the standard is unsigned division.

Renaming these same functions as unsigned, and changing the dividend and
quotient to "u", is superior in many ways to giving new definitions to  / 
/MOD  and  MOD .
