Thanks Robert!  We were concerned that you might still have an objection.  I
will pass your comments on to the committee tomorrow. I believe the problem
with calling arguments unsigned would mean that some would have to fix what
they have.  By declaring them as positive, signed numbers, everyone's code
works.

Also, the words FM/MOD and SM/MOD have been added with usage examples so that
you can do whatever you need in a standard way.
