I disagree Robert.  As I read Jack Brown's new definitions, just about
everyone complies, because only signed positive numbers are defined. 
Everything else is either implementation defined or an exception condition
(which is also implementation defined).  Thus, I can't think of any version of
these words that I've seen that don't meet what the standard specifies.
