Linotype has planned making Cyrillic fonts, but it is very far away in the future in their scedule. Bitstream does not even want to answer if they have fonts or not. They just say something like "we don't sell fonts to end users". That when phoning their advertised number. Our conclusion: You have to make your own, if you want nice ones.
