Message-ID: Date: 30 May 90 08:41:23 GMT Sender: news@decwrl.dec.com Organization: DEC Western Research Lab Lines: 21 So far I've got a popd that prints endless debugging on its stdout and reads my /usr/spool/mail/XXX file rather than /usr/spool/pop/XXX, and an spop that (even though I'm compiled without DPOP) insists on having recipients listed in /usr/spool/pop/POP (note that popd isn't going to look in /usr/spool/pop, see above). I'm getting ready to look at the sources but I thought I'd check here first. I'm pretty sure I've done something silly during the install or missed some mandatory patch or whatever. version: MH 6.7 #2[UCI] (jove.pa.dec.com) of Tue May 29 23:57:44 PDT 1990 options: [ATHENA] [ATZ] [BIND] [BSD42] [DUMB] [ISI] [MHE] [MHRC] [NTOHLSWAP] [POPSERVICE='"pop3"'] [RPATHS] [RPOP] [SBACKUP='"#"'] [TYPESIG='void'] [WP] [SENDMTS] [POP] [NNTP] Thanks for any hints, -- Paul Vixie DEC Western Research Lab Palo Alto, California ...!decwrl!vixie
