There is one nasty problem which will catch you if you use UULINK
for sending compressed news.  It assumes LF->CRLF translation on all files
unless you can convince your uux to include the "b" option in the actual
'S D.abc D.abc .... b .....' line sent during the uucico phase.  Bad choice!!

Instead it should leave all files alone and if you want to do the
LF->CRLF conversino you can at choice/will.
