For an organisation I'm working for I need a scedule or cluster program.
The organisation supports a 24 hours telephone service, 
so that in Amsterdam anybody is always possible to reach a doctor
who's on duty.

At different times during the day, there are a different number of people
behind the phones.
To be sure that there are always the right number of people, and the
right people (with all there wishes etc.), needs a scedule.
This is until now made by hand, but it has to be done with a 
computer (IBM-PC).

But the problem is, I can't find a good commercial program in the Netherlands.
The price of the program is not really important.
Does anybody of you know  company (for instance, because you are working
with such a program or company) who makes these kind of
programs?
Please send me an email if you do.(I'm not a regular reader of the net).
If wanted, I will sumurize to the net.

As there is a real timepressure on this project, PLEASE help.
