I'll summarize the info (company names and respondent's names will be removed) and post to the net. Please send me email containing, 1) type of organization (corporate, educational, etc.) 2) types of computers supported and staff assigned to each computer (i.e. 4 VAXes: 2.5 people, 41 Apollos: 1.2 people, etc.) 3) non-standard services provided (let's assume the standard stuff includes backups, user support, software installs and upgrades, operating system installs and upgrades, hardware changes, etc.) 4) Is the system staff running smoothly or is it overworked?
