UZI takes the lower 32K as kernel space, and the upper as user space. I think, but am not certain, that it retains the CP/M bios - it's a couple of years since it came out, and when Minix came along I decided to go for that. Anyway, it's a start on Unix for 8 bits, and is well-spoken of by those who have tried it. Good luck - Will (for further discussion, try the CP/M thread (comp.os.cpm?)) ----------------------------------------------------------------------- "If heaven too had passions | Will Rose even heaven would | UUCP: {nosc ucsd hplabs!hp-sdd}!crash!pnet01!cw grow old." - Li Ho. | ARPA: crash!pnet01!cwr@nosc.mil | INET: cwr@pnet01.cts.com UUCP: {nosc ucsd hplabs!hp-sdd}!crash!pnet01!cwr ARPA: crash!pnet01!cwr@nosc.mil INET: cwr@pnet01.cts.com
