Message-ID: <1585@ns-mx.uiowa.edu> Date: 30 May 90 14:04:41 GMT Sender: news@ns-mx.uiowa.edu Reply-To: williams@umaxc.weeg.uiowa.edu (Kent Williams) Organization: U of Iowa, Iowa City, IA Lines: 18 HELP! I have this consulting job where they fedexed me a computer with OS/2 1.2 installed on it, and want me to debug an existing C program. No documentation, SDK, nothing. I've been trying to get CVP.EXE working. First it wouldn't run at all, complaining about operating system installation. Someone says 'Pssst, try IOPL=YES in your config.sys.' (Microsoft Tech Support, Actually) NOW, when I run CVP, it grinds the disk for about ten seconds, and then complains that VIOGETPHYSBUF is failing.
