Germany Lines: 19 I use IBM's OS/2 1.2 and have problems with the EPSON printer driver. The driver is installed for an EPSON LQ-500 24-pin printer. Alternativelly I installed the IBM 4201 driver and this works well. When I drag a file from the File Manager to the Print Manager's icon, the file is printed correctly after some disk rumor. But with the Epson driver, a protection fault occures after the disk activity and nothing is printed. A "PRINT " command works, as long as I configure the driver for tractor paper feed. When I configure the Epson driver for the cut sheed feeder not even the PRINT command works and I get a protection fault too. I am wondering why the bug is not fixed since this is the second release of 1.2 from IBM which I have ???? Does anyone know if an updated driver is available from EPSON ? (IBM probably does not have one since they would have sold it to me otherwise because I bought the OS/2 only some weeks ago.) Kai Uwe Rommel Munich rommel@lan.informatik.tu-muenchen.dbp.de
