Hello SCSIfolk,

I am thinking of putting together a system around a Sparcstation SLC,
660MB disk, and 150MB 1/4" tape.

I know the list for the SLC is $5K.

I am looking for information and reflections from people who have used
third party SCSI disks and tapes on Sparcstations. I am interested in
devices which will work as simply as possible, not requiring special
drivers on the sun side.

Information wanted : Model, model details (capacity,speed,MTBF,etc.),
list price, actual paid price, experience (good/bad),
dealer name/address (if any good), comments...

Please E-mail directly to me, I will summerize, and try to make
a "SCSI disk/tape buyers guide for Suns" out of the stuff I get...
