Wren v's have a firmware problem which only occurs when the page 2 parameter buffer full/empty discon/recon ratio is larger than 4. Call Imprimis/Segate and ask to get your firmware upgraded to rev 75900297 or better of change the page 2 parameter back, which will slow down you disk by effectively disabling the caching.
