Greetings-
  I recently attempted to ftp netwatch from watcom (as directed by a
past poster to here and/or comp.archives) but it seems to be an
incomplete package.  There is no setup doc, despite the setup program
"config".  Could a kind soul out there point me to a more complete source of
documentation for the package that would give me a clue on how to
make this puppy work?  Thanks muchly in advance.
