I'm no 3+Open expert, but my understanding is that 3+Open Mail requires
XNS.  It will not run over NBP (NetBios Protocol).  NBP is their
stripped down, non-internetworkable NETBIOS implementation.  I'm not
sure how 3+Open Mail interacts with the TCP/IP support.
