HI fellow Amigans,

I have donated my A1000 to David Rasmussen, Elgin Illinois.

He had hip surgury that resulted in blod clots > stroke.
He has a wife and child. He and his daughter use the A1000.
His wife is working thru public agencies to keep the family 
intact the seven years before settlments are adjuducated.
( No blood thinner was used tho David had a history from previous surgery )

David is a musician. Before his stroke he was a gifted performer,  
singer and songwriter. I have now seeded him with much music,
educational and rehab. software but many of the packages require
1 meg and a midi adapter.
ie.
He has A1000 w / 512k     He needs another 1/2 MEG or greater + MIDI
