Why I need to register to Commodore?

Well, I don't have details, only is a recomendation that I'm taking.

And the only answer that I received in CSA is to become an Official
Amiga User Group, but I assume that will have like News about events,
new products, ect... from Commodore (If this is not true, take a hint
Commodore)
