There are plenty of soccer games: World Cup soccer by Virgin, Italy 90 by US
GOLD, KICK-OFF by Anco, Gary Lynekers' football match by ?, Manchester United
by ?, Player manager by Anco, and very soon Kick-Off 2 by Anco and another one
by Microprose.

BUY KICK-OFF NOW !!!!!!!!! It's the best one, very far from all the others. In
fact, you'd better wait 15 days and buy KICK-OFF 2. I saw a preview and it's
incredible: very fast scrolling (smooth), you can play 4 at the same time,
load tactics you made with PLAYER MANAGER, load your own teams, choose your
players beetween hundreds of them with their own characteristics, and so on...
It's a real action game arcade-quality (it's all written in pure 68000, 50
frames per second)

In fact, the best thing you should do is to buy Player Manager and Kick-Off 2.
You'll be able to manage your team and tactics, and play furious action with
Kick-Of 2.
