Actually, Commodore didn't write AmigaVision, it was written by a company called IMSATT. They did a popular expert system for the IBM. I think some of the IFF related code came from CATS, but as a whole, the program was done outside of Commodore. I've talked with a couple people at IMSATT, and they sure know their stuff. AV was written by 4 programmers, with a 5th one added recently. I think they did a heck of a job. It's nice see CBM making an effort to use the talents of 3rd party developers.
