Keywords: I wanna set up one Message-ID: <7956@latcs1.oz.au> Date: 28 May 90 04:17:54 GMT Followup-To: poster Organization: Comp Sci, La Trobe Uni, Australia Lines: 25 I am really into these amiga thngumies and really would like to get into music recording and mastering. Since I am interested but not really knowledgeable (spell?) about what's required in the way of hardware or whats available in the way of software I was wondering if any of you gals/guys out there could inform me of the best value for money stuff out there. What I want is to be able to use the full potential of the amiga to develop a sound/music mastering/recording studio, but also to be able to develop some artwork as well, animation and digitised stuff too. I want to be able to record "raw" instrument sound and ideally mix and master onto magnetic tape. Here you go gals/guys. A topic not related to chips, stock prices, macs, apples, ibms, ataris, flames, WB 2.0 or anything else that might be deemed worth a few hundred thousand followups!!! I WILL post a followup though if I get enough interesting input. And if anyone else wants a personalised message mail me and I will forward whatever I get to you! Doug barton@latcs1.oz.au
