Does anyone out there have the the key mappings for ProTERM's vt100 emulation?
I'd be really appreciative if you could send it to me.  I'm using ProTERM after
quite a while of doing {Mac, IBM} communications, and I haven't bothered to dig
up the manual (read as "it's in this mess of an apartment somewhere." :-)  Oh,
BTW, I'm using ProTERM v 2.1 (I think, even though the editor line says v 2.0).
I'm using it on an Apple //c, although I would think it shouldn't make a diff.
