Obviously if you are going to be posting a BINSCII'd or executioner'd version, comp.binaries.apple2 is appropriate. Another good place for plain source code, such as the recently posted emulator/simulators, etc. would be comp-sources-misc@ucbvax.berk which is a gateway to the usenet group comp.sources.misc . The benefit of going to this group is a) a wider audience, b) a lot of sites archive the programs posted to that group. In that way there would be more chance of folks the world over getting access to your software. comp.sources.misc has a charter to be a clearing house for plain text source code of almost any language and for any operating system (that does not already have its own source group).
