yes, I am sure it is for the SIO connected Sx212.  If a person connects ANY
Hayes Compatible modem to his Atari via the 850 interface, he simply needs to
use the RHANDLER which boots the 
850 and handles the modem.  

Only users of the SIO connected SX212 need to worry about specific handlers.

Glad he did not buy a Sx212,
