Posting this for my flatmate.
He's using HiSoft BASIC.
He'd like to know...

- what is the AES 'scrap directory"
- what do the two functions dealing with it, scrp_read & scrp_write, actually _do_?

HiSoft's documentation isn't very helpful on this.
