There's a file on some of the BBSes that discusses this subject (I forget the name -- anybody else remember?). The ST-225 works fine; ditto the 40MB ST-251 and 64MB RD53A (aka Micropolis 1325). > bit confining. Shouldn't be a problem; after all, the original H-P LaserJet was serial only; later ones give a choice of serial or parallel. He can install a Microfaser or other buffer device to let the Rainbow unload faster if he finds it necessa The rest of the message deals with the MINC-11 and would have a better chance of gettin a reply in the PDP-11 echo. - --- * Origin: Silver Bullet - Silver Spring, Md. - 301-622-2247 (Opus 1:109/123) ------------------------------ Date: 05-25-90 (08:23) To: DAVE GOW Subject: RE: RAINBOW CLOCK From: FRANK MALLORY > Sorry about gibberish, I am new to this. Whatever it is, it will require a software program to transfer its setting to the DOS clock. Caroline will know if the Rainbo Works people are still in business. If so, you should apply to them for a copy of the program; if not, I will be glad to make it available for you to download from this BBS. - --- * Origin: Silver Bullet - Silver Spring, Md. - 301-622-2247 (Opus 1:109/123) ------------------------------ Date: 05-26-90 (14:38) To: FRANK MALLORY Subject: RE: RAINBOW HARD DRIVES From: GEORGE THEALL FM>>First, there was some talk about some time ago about different hard FM>>drives (20 MB or more) being compatible with the Rainbow.
