My brand new HP-9000/835S suffers from intermittent boot failures.
After a reboot, the initialization locks up with status A100,
having produced no console output.

When the system does boot (usually after cycling the power),
it seems to work just fine.  The diagnostics find no problems.

Any suggestions?
