Lines: 20 Speaking of good vendors.. I'd like to put in a plug for PC Connection of Marlowe, NH. I bought a Mountain tape drive from these guys. There price was as good as any I could find. It arrived the *next* day via air-freight at no additional cost. The Mountain drive wouldn't work in my system (interrupt/DMA prob- lems.). I called PC Connect's tech support guys. They listened to my story and told me they would ship another drive immediately to see if I had a compatibility problem, or simply a bad drive or controller. They did *not* make me return the first drive in order to get the replacement. I was impressed. The 2nd drive arrived a couple days later and worked no better than the first. I sent both drives back with a note and my credit card refund was posted within 48 hours. Folks, it doesn't get any better than this. I'm used to mediocre treatment at the hands of mail-order houses.
