Apparently programs that mess with the timer chip reset the machine to 4.77 (I've seen it happen with some other sound programs, testing my CPU speed before and after running them), and then REMAC crashes. Is there any way to "lock" in the 8MHz rate so that I can run REMAC? Or is there an earlier/later version of REMAC that will run on my machine?
