It is -NOT beta-release. I dunno --- this sounds to me like confirmation of some widely held beliefs about beta-testing versus the shipping of version numbers that end in `.0'. I detect three statements which are not mutually exclusive even though they may seem inconsistent: "CV 3.0 is being shipped", "CV 3.0 is beta-release", and "Technical Support can't help with it". :-) :-)
