Watson Research Center Lines: 10 How to slow down and speed up the rate of CMOS clock in IBM PS/2 ? This is badly needed for implementing network time synchronization protocol. I have played with writing/reading to CMOS clock ports documented in IBM PS/2 Technical Reference. I was able to slow down the clock by over 500% I was unable to speed it up at all.
