I have to admit that it happened to me. I now have three (3) brand new copies of Word 4.00A. But the last two were shipped out by mistake. The customer support person I was dealing with discovered that this was happening, and reordered each time for me. I finally received 4.00B on Tuesday. Microsoft is a large company, and things go wrong. I found their response to the problem refreshing. They came back to me, called me at work, and left messages for me on Compu$erve, that they had a problem with distribution. FYI, the person I was dealing with was Ralph Huskey at Microsoft, Compu$erve e-mail address 76701,245. I think Ralph went out of his way to help me get the product promised, and showed a lot of customer relations savvy in calling me to inform me of the problem. David Baird University of Chicago
