We bought the MS-DOS version of Glypha because we could get it cheap.
There were both compressed and uncompressed versions of the font on the
disk; I just transferred the uncompressed versions across to my Mac.
I named them "Glyph", "GlyphBol", "GlyphBolObl" and "GlyphObl" (being
respectively the plain, bold, bold-oblique and oblique styles). With
ResEdit, I added a couple of "POST" resources to each file, each one
just two bytes long:

	POST 501 contents = hex "0400"
	POST 502 contents = hex "0500"

And I changed the types of the files to "LWFN" and the creator to "LWRR"
(or whatever). That was it. Once I'd FTP'd the bitmaps across from
Sumex, I had a usable Mac version of Glypha.

Doesn't work with ATM, tho...
